We founded aire in 2023 with a mission to bring a much needed breath of fresh aire to the property and guest management world, operating on an entirely different collaboration and service structure. Personal, authentic, small scale and dedicated to each and every home owner, we take care of each precious property as if it was our own.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR FRIENDLY GUEST EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONALS

As one of our guest experience professionals, you’ll be part of our small, family run agency, creating a home away from home for our small group of precious clients and their guests. We take pride in offering our all of them an amazing experience, from the minute an enquiry comes in, up until the last day of their stay and even when they are back home. For us, an unforgettable stay consists of all the little things. And then some more. As our guest experience guru, you know exactly what makes a great stay and we expect you to go to great lengths to make sure all details connect.

ABOUT YOU

3 years + working experience within the hospitality industry in the Costa del Sol area.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Dutch, French and German is a plus.
A can-do and flexible attitude, prepared to go that extra mile for our clients and their guests.
Willingness to adapt to our high standard way of working, always raising the bar and meticulously preparing each and every holiday home, up to the smallest details.
Independent worker, taking initiative and able to arrange, order and implement all rental and property necessities in the blink of an eye.
Help out the team during peak season in welcoming guests in person and prepare their arrival.
In possession of a car.
Full-time availability during peak seasons, able to deliver excellent work under time pressure.
A friendly and service-minded person who understands a genuine guest experience involves more than clean sheets and a complimentary bottle of water.
